Open Question: Question about transferring to a top law school?

I just had a question I was hoping someone could help me with: If you attend a Law School that is toward the top of a tier 2 (50-60 range) possibly one in New York, and you do extremely well your first year (i.e. top 1-2% of your class with a gpa near 4.0) and you have extracurriculars, make law review, etc. Would you have a fair chance of being able to transfer into a Top Law School (Duke Law School? NYU Law School? Columbia Law School?). If I apply to three or more top schools, given that class rank, gpa, and school ranking, would I possibly have a 50 percent chance of being admitted to at least one of those schools?
