Open Question: which jacket will keep me warmer? cloudveil or columbia 10 points!!?

hi, i am stuck between two jackets and i wanted to know which will keep my dryer and wamer for just day to day normal winter use. I am in college and it gets to the teens alot and i would use it to mess around in the snow and just to wear class to class.
