Open Question: Hi, I have FM3 Single Entry visa , Will I be allowed to enter multiple times?

I am working in Mexico and need to visit Columbia urgently. Since my visa is single entry, I am afraid they will not allow me back to Mexico.Some of my colleagues say since it is FM3 visa there wont be such problem. Please help me if you relevant information. Thanks in Advance. [Adding detail] As my travel is inevitable, I am planning to go out and come back as a tourist. Will I be deported? What are the consequences of deportation?
