Open Question: how do i get out of paying my ticket?

Its my word against the cops. I got a ticket for violating ORS 811.265 Failure to obey a traffic control device for entering an intersection on a yellow light. It was in Columbia county and they never have any real crimes to prosecute here. I have read it. I've also read ORS 811.260 which states that a yellow light means the right of way is about to be terminated and I must stop before entering the intersection "unless it is unsafe to do so, then proceed with caution".
